  2. Strange Requests.

Does any one have a typography suggestion if I tell you I’m thinking Museo Slab but more “bold” and without a wonky k. Maybe a little military-ish.

I’d probably only be using Uppercase.

Or is this getting weird even by my standards?

  3. Colosseo: Reimagining the Roman Coliseum with type (Canon 7D) (by Cameron Moll)

    So ridiculously impressive!

  6. I cannot begin to tell you the disgust I felt when I realised I’d missed a very important line out of the layout for this assignment.

I’m not sure how I’m going to fit it in, I will literally have to do the entire layout again.

I suspect it won’t be as pretty as the first time I did it either…

  7. Make it to class just on time walk in feeling like a boss only to discover that there is only eight other people here.

    No lecturer or anything.

He’s turned up now but we’re ten minutes into “class” and he’s wandered around and hasn’t started a lecture or anything.

We probably have about 15 people here now.

So are we having class or not?

  8. If in doubt, add a good word to your Assignments title - Your lecturer will be impressed. #fact

I called it Barratry and Whimsy.

It got used as an example solely so he could get me to tell the class what Barratry meant.

In related news I actually passed that assignment.

  9. I’m obviously a Typomaniac. Other people like looking at girls’ bottoms. I get my kicks out of looking at type.

  10. I’m in a lecture on After Effects…

    This class is terrible.
I knew it was going to be bad when our fill in lecturer was trying to teach himself how to use the project yesterday and asking the students for help.

Now I’m just watching AdobeTv tutorials instead.
